Qivora Technologies LLC ("we") runs Join AI Film Academy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your email address if you join our list or buy a course; your name and login details for the course platform; your course progress; payment details are handled by Stripe and we do not see your full card number.

How we use it

To deliver the course, send the emails you signed up for, provide support, and improve the course. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies only after you click Accept in the cookie banner; if you decline, it runs without cookies and without identifying you. Advertising pixels, if we add them, also load only after you agree. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and progress), Cloudflare (hosting), Microsoft 365 (email), Resend (account and receipt emails), Google Analytics (visit statistics) and our email newsletter provider process data for us under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at info@joinaifilmacademy.com.

Children

The course is intended for people aged 18 and over, or younger learners with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

Records of purchases and agreement

When you buy, we record the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, approximate location and browser, and the charges made. While you use the course we record logins, lessons opened, videos played and files downloaded. We use these records to run your account, apply our Refund Policy, prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes, and we may share them with our payment processor and card issuers for those purposes.

How long we keep them

Purchase, agreement and activity records are kept for 7 years after your last purchase, for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete other personal data at any time.
