Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you start, so every price, renewal amount and date is shown before you pay. Because our courses are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited as follows.

Lifetime purchases

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not started the course: no lessons opened, no videos played and no files (such as the starter kit or prompt packs) downloaded.

Membership charges (including introductory payments)

You can ask for a refund of a membership charge within 3 days of that charge if you have not opened any lessons, played any videos or downloaded any files since that charge. Earlier charges, and charges for periods in which you used the course, are not refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until it ends.

How we check use

Our system records when you sign in, open a lesson, play a video or download a file, with the date and time. We use those records to decide refund requests.

How to ask

Email info@joinaifilmacademy.com from the address on your account within the 3 days, with your order number or the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund, access paid for by that charge ends.

Please contact us before your bank

If something is wrong with a charge, email us first. We reply within 2 business days, and it is faster than a bank dispute.

EU, UK and similar countries

At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once you use the content. If you have not used it, you can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights if a product is faulty or not as described, or other rights you have by law.
