Why now

You have the story. You never had the crew.

The script gathering dust. The book you'll never get adapted. The family stories that are fading. Until recently a film needed a camera team, actors, locations and money.

Today the studio fits in a browser. What's still missing for most people is a clear path: how to keep a character's face the same, how to make a shot move the way you want, how to cut it into something people watch to the end. That path is what we teach.

The Lite course

Seven days, one finished film

About 30–45 minutes a day. Each day ends with something you made.

  1. DAY 1

    Your idea and 4-shot plan

A 30-second idea and a shot plan. Your first moving shot in 20 minutes.

  2. DAY 2

    Same face every time

A character reference that keeps one face in every shot, and your film's look in one line.

  3. DAY 3

One place that stays the same

A set that doesn't change between angles.

  4. DAY 4

    Make your 4 pictures

Four keyframes, and how to fix one detail without starting over.

  5. DAY 5

    Make them move

Two shots animated in Veo 3.1 and stills brought to life for free.

  6. DAY 6

    Voice, edit and sound

Your narration, the edit in DaVinci Resolve, and sound that makes it feel real.

  7. DAY 7

    Captions and post it

Captions, a 10-second teaser, and your film on Reels, Shorts and TikTok.

What you'll make

The moment your first frame appears

You type a few lines. A desert courtyard you imagined appears in the light you described. Then it moves.

In Lite you finish a 30-second narrated film. From day 8 you go further with Advanced: a 60-second film where your characters speak, with a soundtrack, a colour grade and a trailer.

The method

How a film comes together

The same seven steps professionals plan around, adapted for AI tools: Google Flow (Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3.1), ElevenLabs and DaVinci Resolve.

  1. STEP 1

    Script

One sentence, then a 60-second script.

  2. STEP 2

    Characters

A reference sheet that locks each face.

  3. STEP 3

    Sets

One place that stays the same from every angle.

  4. STEP 4

    Keyframes

Every shot as an approved still.

  5. STEP 5

    Motion

One action per clip in Veo 3.1.

  6. STEP 6

    Voice

    Narration or designed character voices.

  7. STEP 7

    Edit

Cut, sound, colour and captions in Resolve.

Who teaches you

Built by a project person who fell for film

Join AI Film Academy was founded by Asad Syal, who spent more than 20 years delivering large engineering projects across the Middle East and Africa. He brought the same discipline to AI filmmaking while producing an Urdu story series, writing down every step that worked and every mistake. That notebook became this course.

You learn a production method that gets films finished, not a list of prompts.

Memberships start with an introductory price: $6.99 for 7 days, $11.99 for your first 4 weeks (70% off) or $26.99 for your first 12 weeks (70% off). After that they renew at $39.99 every 4 weeks or $89.99 every 12 weeks until you cancel. You can also buy lifetime access instead: Lite for $149 or All-Access for $249, paid once.

Is it a subscription? How do I cancel?

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal price and date are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email, and we email you before your introductory price ends. Cancel online in your account in one click, any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime plans are paid once and never renew.

What's new every month?

Members get one new lesson, one prompt pack and a film challenge with a premiere night on Discord every month, on the 1st. All-Access Lifetime includes every one of them, forever.

Do I need film or editing experience?

No. Lite is written for complete beginners. If you can write an email, you can write a prompt, and we teach only the parts of DaVinci Resolve you need.

What do the AI tools cost?

You can start on Google Flow's free daily credits, and DaVinci Resolve is free. Paid plans are optional; the first lesson shows current prices and a daily credit budget so nothing is a surprise.

How long does it take?

Lite takes 7 days at about 30–45 minutes a day. Advanced takes 14 days at about 1–1.5 hours a day. Both are self-paced, so you can go slower.
